چکیده | ||
Human actions and behavior are directly related to the environment, and each action falls within the scope of one of the five obligatory rules (obligatory, forbidden, recommended, disliked, and permitted). Therefore, it must be asked: What is the Islamic ruling on human activity in the environment? The present article, in a descriptive-analytical manner, aims to protect environmental health rights by examining the jurisprudential rulings on human activity regarding the environment in order to explain the deterrent approach to avoiding human behavior that is harmful to the environment through divine penal rules (forbidden and disliked) and to help in line with the rights of environmental cleanliness and health by encouraging the acquisition of divine rewards (corresponding to obligatory and recommended rules). The history of Islamic rulings on beneficial or harmful human actions regarding the environment goes back to the ancient history of human commitment to divine duties, which were expressed by divine prophets and their infallible guardians, divine laws and rulings for the guidance of mankind. Explaining human responsibility for the rights of health and cleanliness of water, soil, air, and other environmental elements (as divine blessings) is considered an achievement of the research, and human actions in this field are aligned with one of the obligatory rulings of jurisprudence. | ||
