چکیده | ||
Athanazi (suicide) is one of the important and contemporary jurisprudential and legal issues that have been raised in the West since a long time ago, spread among Muslims and in the Quranic and Islamic teachings centuries before the Age of Enlightenment in the West, that is, during the revelation of the verses of the Word of God to the Holy Prophet. (pbuh), the Holy Quran has taken a position about it. Therefore, the issue of the present research is, what is the attitude of Hanafi jurisprudence and some legal laws regarding the euthanasia of incurable or intractable patients, and what are the differences of opinion regarding its prohibition and prescription? The findings of the descriptive and analytical research are that the euthanasia of the mentioned persons is considered forbidden in Hanafi jurisprudence according to the Quranic statements and narrations. This ban was also the result of the ontological and anthropological type in Islamic and Hanafi jurisprudence. But the view of some of the rights of suicide (murder) of the mentioned patients is considered as a law which the social contract has prescribed due to the special perception of existence and human being. | ||
