| Diversity and transformation in the understanding of Sharia and jurisprudence have caused some people to redefine it according to the conditions, time, place, developments and its requirements. This issue becomes sensitive when we consider religious rules and instructions based on religious principles and beliefs to be complete, comprehensive and comprehensive; Because its completeness and completeness itself require its non-changeability. In this article, various theories have been collected using the analytical-descriptive method and explained in the two categories of changeable and immutable rulings. The findings of this article show that most Sunni scholars believe in the changeable nature of rulings, in such a way that they consider it subordinate and dependent on the understanding and ijtihad of jurists. However, most of the Shia scholars believe that the religious rules are fixed like the principles of belief, citing that the discoverer of the truth exists and flows on it, and the things related to the truth are inherently fixed and unchanging, because transformation is not compatible with its truthfulness; On the premise of accepting the change, it should be considered that the opposite facts can be summed up, even though it is difficult to accept it. Finally, the result of this article has led to this point that the necessity of changeability of some religious rulings cannot be denied, the reason for its changeability is the diversity of the relationship that exists between the truth of phenomena and issues on the one hand and the direction of human understanding and perception on the other hand. Such diversity, which itself is the product of the quality of the mentioned relationship, entails the diversity of mujtahidin's fatwas and the necessity of changing some jurisprudence rulings. | ||
